vote afk raidwide

<p>please allow the Vote AFK to be zonewide by the entire raid force in Smugglers Den.  In two days I have collected 14 names of people who scored a flatline ZERO on the scoreboard.   They AFK on the respawn and the other team just kills them over and over.  Also had a wonderful Ganak battle with 4 AFK's on our side..   /sigh </p>

Could we at least allow the vote for afk be from afar. So often you want to vote a person afk but they are in a place you cant get to to actually vote them afk.

<p>If some of the AFK'ers would put half the effort into playing as they do hiding, their teams would benefit greatly. They are finding places to hide where it's very difficult to find and click on them. Tagging them AFK, zone wide from the raid window needs to be enabled. </p>
