Annoying UI bug

<p>I had a bug before SF launch where my UI would disaapear in windowed mode when changing quality settings.</p><p>I deleted all the ini files, and got to the point where it would look something like this</p><p><a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/NdienEQOA?feature=mhw5#p/a/u/0/TpGSb2vKY_Y" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/user/NdienEQ...u/0/TpGSb2vKY_Y</a></p><p>and the kind folks at eq2interface helped me fix the issue.</p><p>Now, it's back again. Is there something that would be causing this to happen? Do i need to do a fresh install or something?</p><p>It happens with the default UI too.</p>

<p>i set it to to very high quality where i run it out of raids and it runs fine...</p><p>drop it below balanced and tthe ui disappears, but only in balanced or below... im beginning to question whether or not this is a feature</p>

A week and no help? Guess i'll try doing a fresh install over the weekend.

<p>i have exactly the same bug but i cant say where it comes from... it doesnt matter what i change in options or graphics card driver options menu it still is there and annoying me. especially in raids -.-</p>

<p>actually it happens only if i set performance profile below balanced but it isnt the best setting to raid -.-</p><p>i can set whatever i want in the driver settings menu of my nvidia graphics card and nothing is fixing this, nor the black flickering on armor in dressing room...</p><p>it really sucks!</p><p>win764bit nvidia 9800GT 2,6ghz dualcore amd 4gb ram</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I believe this is the UI strobing bug that was present with the 190 and 191 drivers from Nvidia.  I assume you're using one of those driver versions?  If so, I would recommend either reverting to the 186 series or upgrading to the most recent version available.  You should be able to get those through the Nvidia site, here:</p><p><a href="http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.aspx?lang=en-us" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.nvidia.com/Download/inde...aspx?lang=en-us</a></p><p>Let me know if you have any questions.</p>
