<p>I guess the first thing we have to understand is how the Percentage is applied to the spell. When freehand shows a 24% additional damage, does that include the base on the spell, ability mod, etc etc.</p><p>Clearly if you take the additional % of freehand and multiply it by your top number of your spell, it does not compute mathmatically.</p><p>Maybe we can have a developer explain how freehand is applied to our spells.</p>

<p>I'd like to know exactly how this works also. My warlock is level 15. i got Freehand to 6 for a 20% bonus because i was using cataclysm to AE werewolves. One cast of Cataclysm would kill all the green ones and leave the blue ones with just a sliver of health. So i got freehand and when i use it, it seems to do nothing, the blue cons still have a sliver of health afterwards.</p><p>Does it not work on Cataclysm?</p><p>Does it only work on one mobs when cast?</p><p>Does it only work on one tic of Cataclysm?</p>
