Which Earth Pet to Use?

<p>Hey all -</p><p>I have my T8 master earth pet.   I've levled my Sage to 85 so I can make myself an expert level of the T9 Earth. Bout half way till I reach 85. I currently have my crystal blast being researched and plan to do my earth pet next.  </p><p>Should I use my Expert level T9 pet or my T8 Master level pet until I can get it to the master level?</p>

<p>Well I'd probably make the switch personally once you can get the expert of the level 87 tank pet, the extra levels should help it alot once you are soloing mobs higher level than yourself and expert at least will be pretty close to master level of previous tier possibly a little worse or even a little better.</p><p>One other thing of note though, I wouldn't put your RA on Crystal Blast. In my opinion, and in the opinion of alot of other conjurors too, Crystal Blast is the best M2 choice out of the bunch. Which means even if you don't get it, Crystal Blast will be one of the cheapest masters to buy by alot. I'd put the RA on whatever kind of pet you use the most first, so tank pet probably in this case.</p>

<p>eek now why did I think we got the earth pet at 85.  OK. Well, won't take that long to get to 87.  I'll stop my research on my Crystal Blast so I can immediately work on getting my earth pet mastered</p><p>This is why all my characters have white hair... so I can claim senior moments when this happens.</p><p>*sighs and goes off to grind few more levels on her sage*</p>

<p>Level 87 pet as soon as you get the Expert. Level trumps all for tank pets, but if you don't have the Expert I'd wait until you do.</p><p>Your M2 choice should be Crystal Blast (In your character development). So I'd immediately switch it out.</p>
