I was sold the standard edition when I pre-ordered the store made a mistake, so I took it back and got the Collector's edition, deleted the Standard edition, and reloaded the Collector's Edition, cause I had a problem with the Launcher with the standard edition. I didnt get the In-Game Mount when I typed /claim. It didnt ask for the Activation Code. Dont know where to enter the Activation code. So how do I get the In-Game Mount now that I have paid for the retail version of Sentinel's Fate Collection Edition?

Also having problems with the screen resolution, When I log in the screen resolution changes, I have it set on my computer and in game as 1360x 768 but it changes when I first log in to 640x480. Please any idea how I can get it to stay on the setting 1360x768?

Historicly there is no recovery for the standard code you entered originally (if you did this)
