ok so although i have yet to see any of the fabled jewelery drop from the new zones that i have run all the legendary gear has been quicksilver blood where is the power flux or even empowered servant please someone tell me and give me hope that the only pet effect that they are keeping in the game isn't quicksilver blood because please that can only go so far and im pretty sure that even with my mediorce gear that my pet is pretty close to being capped on those stats

There is a whole [Removed for Content] lot of power flux actually if you look for it. In fact with a mix of old and new gear I predict it will be possible to have power flux on every [Removed for Content] slot cept armor pieces if you so choose.

Ears:

Gynok Earring PFV

Drool Dangle( off contested x2 mob) PFV

Ring

Vigx2 ring PF III

Ley Ling ring PF IV

Charms:

Charm of the Pyre: (Bone Caves) PF IV

Lump of Flesh (Labs) PF IV

Wrist:

Ley Line Wrist PF IV

Cloak:

Extradimensional Cloak PF IV (Off contested epic in hole)

Weapon:

Vig1 Dagger PF V

etc etc

So this is just a smattering items that I've seen linked or run into, right now my pet has almost 10 copies of Power flux

on it. Given that you'll also need some Molten Carnage, Quicksilver Blood, etc For Reuse/Base/Casting to round out your pet's stats you aren't gonna want PF on every piece either.

My biggest complaint about pet stats though is that Casting speed is too easy to cap so that you'll still be stacking Molten Carnage or Quicksilver for Base/reuse and eventually be getting excess casting speed that you really cant use. I kinda wish there was a Pet stat that had Reuse/Base or Reuse/Crit or even Base/Crit so we can buff the pet's crit as well as get some additional base/reuse on it without worrying about exceeding the casting cap on it and essentially wasting half of a pet buff.

But all and all, there is a [Removed for Content] lot of pet gear out there. PF isn't as rare as I feared it might be.

The order as I see it is:

Destructive Forces > Empowered Minion > Molten Carnage > Power Flux > Quicksilver Blood

After all, It might be possible to follow that order, and through itemization have MC in every slot and not use any PF and QS which can't be ideal.

Instead I'm thinking it might be better to figure out thresholds for stats the way we treat stats for ourselves. For example, a good question I think needs to be asked is how much mod could the pet get before returns start to suck for it? Crit is easy, we can assume it'll work as it does for the conjuror and caps at roughly 117%ish range. Actually getting the pet to the cap would be the hard bit about crit. However I'd expect mod to have a bit of a higher cap considering a good portion of the pet's spells hit harder than Crystal Blast does, so I imagine we'd want more than 1000 mod for the pet, especially considering PF V gives a whopping 185 per buff and spells like Eblast are tied to the pet.

Gonna do some messing around and see how much mod and therefore, how much PF would be ideal before you start stacking up on MC and a little bit of QS.
