ETA on Oasis?

<p>Yep..  It is cycling Up/Down/Locked just sitting at character select screen.</p><p>I can not make a new character nor can I set appearence.</p><p>When I do manage to be able to log in, it either times out after 30minutes of trying to load the zone, or it can't the character.</p><p>I've tried deleting the cach on my computer.. when i do that.. it doesnt find ANY characters on Oasis at all</p>
