<p>We will be throttling back the battlegrounds matches temporarily to ease some of the strain on the worlds.  You might noticed some longer queue times but we hope this change will reduce some of the database lag that the home worlds are seeing until we have a permanent solution.</p>

<p>Update on Battlegrounds issues:</p><p>We're aware that people are experiencing long transfer times out of matches and/or becoming stuck.</p><p>This is happening because the tranfer queue is reaching capacity.</p><p>Rothgar and the team are working on the issue and we'll let you know as soon as we have more info for you.</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>Update:</p><p>Battlegrounds will be coming down at 3:00pm for a brief restart.  We expect them to be down for about 30 minutes.</p><p>As of now they are locked to new matches, current matches will finish normally.</p><p>Thank you!</p>

<p>Update:</p><p>Greetings all, we're going to go ahead and leave the BG's disabled overnight while we work on sorting things out with them.  We'll re-evaluate tomorrow and let you know when we'll be bringing them back online.</p><p>CS is plowing through tickets as fast as they can.</p><p>Thank you and we'll keep you updated!</p>

<p>Greetings all!</p><p>The BG's should be reopening again shortly.</p><p>Please make sure to post in the existing issue threads in the BG's forum should you continue to encounter problems.  We'll be monitoring them on our end as well.</p><p>Thank you for all your patience and help while we iron out the kinks.</p>
