Race Change Potion Not Working

<p>When I try and use the potion, it brings up the race menu, I select Dark Elf, and nothing happens.  Im attempting to change a Froglok Warlock into a Dark Elf Warlock.  Any ideas why the potion is not doing anything? Pretty frustrating waste of $25</p>

<p>Hey I had this problem too but if I picked half elf it would bring up the appearance window for a half elf. A GM suggested I try with alternate models turned off and it worked.</p><p>My next problem was I couldnt adjust the alternate appearance of the dark elf but the button showed up at character select.</p>
