AA Eagle's Talon broken

<p>Can anyone confirm this for me ?</p><p>I got 10 points in Eagle's talon that is 26.4% Parry</p><p>but my parry in my Persona window is 10.5%</p><p>so i thik its broken</p><p>Cheers</p>
