Spell upgrades... seriously SOE?

<p>I'm looking at our spell list after I upgraded everything to expert for 81-90.  If I remember correctly, current tier experts are suppose to be better than last tier masters.  So... I took off all of my gear and cancelled all of my buffs and started looking at the differences and wow... I think Templars need some tweeks:</p><p>Focused Intervention</p><ul><li>lvl 80 Master 1123-1373 power cost 404 and 303 per 6s</li><li>lvl 90 expert 1106-1351 power cost 452 and 339 per 6s</li><li>Heal amount went DOWN and power cost went UP</li></ul><p>Holy Intercession</p><ul><li>lvl 79 master 589-720 power cost 399</li><li>lvl 89 expert 589-720 power cost 447</li><li>Heal amount the same but power cost went UP</li></ul><p>Holy Salvation</p><ul><li>lvl 80 master mit 1344 heal 2400 </li><li>lvl 90 expert mit 1323 heal 2363</li></ul><p>Symbol of Marzin</p><ul><li>72 master 547.6 health 1890 arcane mit</li><li>82 expert 573.6 health 1883 arcane mit</li></ul><p>While I'm at it, I'm going to do a /bug on this ingame as well especially since as I started writing this, I noticed power costs.</p>

<p>I was looking at this also, don't have any exact numbers, but i'm pretty sure the group heal is the same way, heals for less and costs more power.  A couple others i looked at were the same way.  I'm hoping maybe its just something that was missed or, well i don't know.  Hopefully they will look into it.</p>

<p>I havn't upgraded a single heal spell just because of it.  It seems Master T9 might be the only upgrade to Master T8, and even then, it still might be better to just stick with the T8 for the power vs. heal cost.  Havn't seen any T9 Masters to do any comparison yet.</p>

<p>Sony is just trying to help those who were mastered out on T8 to save some plat on T9 spells by making them only have to upgrade once straight to the master version. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/49869fe8223507d7223db3451e5321aa.gif" border="0" /></p>

<p>This has been mentioned on many boards for many classes and largely ignored by anyone that can tell us whether its intended or not.  My best guess is that its how they intend it to work since its the same issue expansion after expansion.</p>

<p>Luckily I didn't spend a dime on rares and harvested all of my own.  I would have been extremely upset if I had spend the 20p (At the time) per rare to "upgrade" just to [Removed for Content] my toon.</p>

<p>Well this is a good start to make a new list of Templar issues list to replace the current stickied year+ old one....</p>
