Saihah Al'Lad (What a Strange Place) Not Working

<p>Searched various websites looking for similar issues and didn't see one.</p><p>Saihah and the other quest mobs in the Paineel council room are bugging out for me.  The majority of the time it appears they have fallen below the floor and are untargetable.  They do appear sporadically for roughly 90 seconds before they disappear again.  Additionally, during the times when Saihah (with completable quest icon overhead) and co. are not visible, other players who enter the room disappear as well.  When the quest mobs are visible, regardless of where I am in the room the mobs are listed as being out of range with no options for other actions etc.</p><p>I've sent in a petition (lols), but is there something else I can be doing?  Specifically deleting a specific file(s) to have them redownloaded since I seem to be the only person having this issue that I've spoken to?</p>

<p>From the launcher there should somewhere be an option to ask it to do a full file scan. That would detect if you have damaged files.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, the DL Version has no options in it's launcher anymore. Splendid SOE, do not ship retails, it makes people happy. *sigh*</p><p>EDIT: I installed a previous Addon version and made the full file scan. Took awhile but worked. Thanks for the hint.</p>

<p>I had this problem and found that going back and using my EQ2.exe shortcut instead of the streaming Station Launcher fixed it right up. </p><p>Just go into your EQ2 Folder and find the shortcut for EQ2.exe and skip the streaming stuff.  I've had no problems since then. </p>

Thanks for the hint.</p></blockquote><p>Unless you are using the streaming version of the laucher, there is a way to do a full file scan, Preferences, then game, then select EQ2 and it is right there</p>
