<p>I resently reactivated my account, I downloaded my game from a digital download and have a new computer how can I redownload my game Id really like to get into the game again.</p>

<p>i have downloaded the launcher and even bought the sentinals fate, I keep getting a popup that reads <span></span></p><p>There was a problem moving C:Program Files (x86)Sony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_tempEverQuest2.exe_delta_8864_310.patched to C:Program Files (x86)Sony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIEverQuest2.exe. Please make sure the game is not running.</p><p>Station launcher will try again after 5 seconds.</p><p>I am lost cant run it from steam, where I purchesed it from and I cant get launcher to cooperate</p>

<p>That seems to be an issue with Steam. The workaround to get you playing is to run the Launcher, instead of Steam, update the files, then shut down the launcher (or launcher the game directly from there, if you prefer) and launch the game from inside Steam. The game should launch at that point. There have been a number of issues with this new patch, and you should always use the official software to update with a new expansion, rather than a multi-platform adapter like steam, since they can't be guaranteed to work (such is currently the case).</p><p>((Opinions from players should be taken with a grain of salt, and official advise from SOE Tech Support Agents should be listened to in supersedence.))</p>
