timing vs spells

<p>New to the game and I rolled a bruiser..lv 15 . both weapons are 9-35 with a 5 sec delay...Where</p><p>am I getting more dps, my weapons or my spells?...Question is. should I wait till I hit with weapons,</p><p>then, seeing I have 5 secs before I can hit again, use my spells, then wait till the hits recycle and use</p><p>the spells again?....If this is the case, what does one do if the delay is 1.5?...Where you dont have</p><p>much time to use spells between hits?....Any feedback will help...thanks</p>

<p>you are correct, you use your spells between your autattacks to max your dps..</p><p>1.5 delay weapons is not gonna be a vial option for you, so no need to worry about that <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>You will see that 2.5 delay on dualwields and ~5 delay on 2 handers is what the majority of weapons available have..</p><p>With 100+ haste this will allow you to fire 1 CA/Spell between each autoattack, when you are lower your gonna fire off 2.</p><p>Hope it helps.</p>

<p>At my lv will I be better off with Duel weld or 1h..?  And btw what is meant by Ca I hear all the time?..</p>

<p>CA = Combat Art.</p><p>As a brawler dual wield is the way to go.</p>

<p>Not really hijacking this thread but it's been bothering me for a while. should I stick to 1.9/2 second ish weapons or are 5 second weapons a viable choice as well?</p>
