Shouldnt it contain some sort of reactive like the other Punishment line abilities in order for it to also be able to proc heals? the fact its a DD and nothing else kind of defeats the whole purpose of the Punishment line.

Actually the change of the spell was a huge upgrade, as it is out best nuke now.

Yup, I'll take it the way it is... You do have a point tho if it is in punishments.

Same. If you think about it, it didn't really fit Punishments at first anyway. Slower recast, and you could only get 1 trigger out of it for pitiful damage, making it either situational (provided things don't die before you can finish casting it) or worthless. Now I have two AoEs, one blue for 2k and one green for 4k...sounds pretty good to me =)

Point is not how good it is - as i agree with yall's comments on the upgrade and how useles the old version really was..

Point is, its one of 4 punishment spells we can upgrade - not counting verdict myself AT ALL - and as such most of us will end up pumping 5 points into upgrading it to get punishment endline ability. HOWEVER this spell being a direct DD does not in any way shape or form contribute to the endline ability and yet, the spell is still categorized as belonging in the punishment line.

A small change like having it be a DD with a dot component fx. removing 600 damage and having it tick 3 times over 30 secs for 200 damage (totally the 600 removed) each therby putting it inline with the logic of the punishment line would make more logic to me ...

Edit: To clarify the last part.
