<p>I found the issue causing the spirit to not spawn and have corrected it. You should see it come to live server early next week with our next build.</p>

<p>Yep it's definitely fixed but wasn't this supposed to be a signature quest? After all that waiting and searching it's over in 1 minute after killing one dragon? I will admit it's a very very awesome dragon though! However I have to say i'm pretty disappointed with the loot and the fact that it's over already.. We prolly spent a good 2-3 hours searching skyfire and thought it was going to be some long 10 step quest chain with some uber reward like the other signature quest!</p>
