<p>You said 2 hour downtime (which was a pain to even find that info) and yet here it is 3 hours later and it (along with 2 others) still down and NO new info on when it should be back up.</p><p> Not only that but you never tell us WHY we have to have extra downtime we had extra downtime right before the xpac came out and around 3 weeks later again with no explaination.</p><p>Thanks</p>
