Stat Caps and a few other questions

<p>Has anyone done any tests to see if the Stat cap is still in effect?  Before SF max Int was about 1200 but has that changed now?  Is there even a cap now?</p><p>I'll try some more poking around but so far I have not had much luck in this so I'll ask it here.  Does anyone have a break down of exactly what the new item modification descriptions do?  Like Ability Modifier and that sort of thing.</p><p>Thanks in advance.</p>
