<p>Yes it would seem that most of our spells even those not affected by our T8 set gear will not get upgraded untill you get the T9 version, If using the T8 Master. I upgraded all spells to AD3 today and all most all have downgraded and those that have not only upgraded by 4 or 5 points to healing or stats which is wrong for the plat you have to spend getting them made.</p><p>Once you get your T9 raid gear and use the "Red Raid Adornments" to give you the T9 version of the T8 set gear there should be a noticable increase. But this will not be available to everyone obviously as there are some that do not raid.</p><p>Like alot of stuff in this expansion it was rushed and Ill-conceived.</p>

<p>I see no problem with Master spells of lower tier being nearly equivalent to Expert spells of current tier. You are also not taking into account decreased resistability of your higher level spells.</p>

<p>That is true for damage spells/debuffs, but heals and buffs don't have a resistability factor and not only are they a downgrade but they require more power to cast. Some spells just aren't worth upgrading to expert. </p><p>Also, Autumn's Kiss and Untamed regeneration T9 masters aren't an upgrade if you have T4 set bonuses, so you would need the raid adornments for them to be an upgrade if you are a raider.</p>
