<p>i was stuck in game..i put a petition in i banked all my funds then exited game restarted launcher logged back in was still stuck so i used my call home spell and that worked..an hour later i was questing and got into a pvp fight next thing i know i lost 57 plat 22 gold and 68 copper even though i put everything in the bank before i tryed to log out log back in to see if that would unstick me...i would like to have my funds giving back to me since it was not my fault the game glitched...i would not have ran around for an hour with 80 plat on me...i am not a noob player and i know better then to go out with that much on me..this was not my fault and i would like a refund of my missing funds due to your game screwing up..plz reply as soon as u can for i am still in game..thank you for your time</p>

You will need to wait until your petition is responded to for ingame assistance.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>I assume you've received a response to your petition by now, but you might want to PM me with the reference number for that contact if not.  I can make sure that it is in the correct queue and assigned to the correct people at least.</p>
