Something amiss with adorning?

<p>Old transmuter here in that I was at 400 skill prior to expansion. Attempting to level adorning but thus far with 20 tier 8 adorning combines I have yet to get a single skillup. This is either a terrible run of luck or something is amiss.</p><p>I notice that the adornment skills on the vendor in BB have different icons than the old abilities purchased long ago. When performing the combines my combine window is still showing the old icons. The combines are working though and I am completing the adornments. Just not getting any skillups. Has anyone had this problem?</p>

Are you level 81 (tradeskill or adventure) ? If you're not, your cap is still at 400/400

<p>Hubby is a 90 sage and  he commented that he only got one skill up after 7 combines.</p>

Has anyone had this problem?</p></blockquote><p>This is odd, and I had noticed this the first day of the expansion.  Unlike you, though, I was not able to use the old abilities and had to go to BBM to purchase the new ones.  At least they're cheap, but I had noticed this as well.</p>
