unable to consume activation code

<p>why am i getting an error telling me my account status is not letting me activate the expansion SF, my account is paid for and it wont let me add the expansion too it.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>The error you're describing will usually happen if you are trying to use the buddy key on an existing account.  Check the game box and you should see that there is another key on the manual.  Try entering that one instead and let us know if the problem persists at that point.</p>
