Hello,

I am an altaholic, who loves to level characters. I also six box, which is the playing of 6 total characters from 6 separate accounts, using a hardware multiplexer.Every three months, I have been moving characters from one set of accounts to another set that have the Refer A Friend account flag for the extra 200% xp bonus. The total cost for these moves is 300 dollars, as I have around four characters per account that I move, and three total accounts.I do not mind the cost of the moves, but what I do mind is the HUGE amount of work and time that it takes for both myself and the SOE support staff to move me. I understand that I am an edge case, but I suspect that there would be other people willing to buy into what my idea is.Here is the concept.1. Account must have been a RAF account at one time, whose time for 200% XP has expired.2. Reactivating RAF for the account is a $25 charge per character on the account (same cost as the character move currently).3. The user cannot change the account that RAF is associated with.Basically, this streamlines the process of reactivating the XP bonus without having a huge amount of work on the support staff and the customer. This would require SOE to expose the RAF toggle for the database in a way that could be activated by either a token purchased in game from the marketplace, or by a customer service account. This would also avoid any issues with purchasing the number of transfer tokens required, which sometimes locks my credit card out of authorization for each account, a very frustrating end user experience.Overall, this would allow a quicker resolution for the edge case that I have, as well as reducing the number of calls on the help line.Thank you for your time.

Greetigns,

While the customer service team doesn't have the ability to make the kind of design change you're requesting, I would encourage you to send your suggestion directly to the dev team by using the /feedback command in game. Certainly there's a chance that the dev team will wander through the tech support area and read your suggestion, but /feedback is definitely the best way to be sure they see it. Let me know if you have any questions.
