Last Minute Change/Bug Of Sacrifice

<p>The spell sacrife is neither criting and ticks only 3 times ... making it useles !</p><p>is this intended or a bug ?</p>

<p>I was having problems with it.  didn't seemed to be working right.  The lag was aweful and sometimes my spells didn't cast when I qued them so I'd have to click them again.  It made sacrice really tricky... but I haven't parsed any of it.</p>
