So, now that the stats have been changed with the expansion and INT no longer affects our damage output, was it an oversight that Death March still increases only our INT as opposed to STR, which is now the stat that does increase our damage? Or is this for some reason considered working as intended?

I think that Death March needs a little tweak. Now that STR is most important for fighters, Death March should increase INT, and at the same time, STR.And the amount of the threat increase by Death March needs to be increased to be designed for T9 by AA and so on, IMO.

A lot of these types of tweaks are in order.

Another example: Mystics used to buff their own melee damage pretty good because they could buff a lot of strength. Now not only do they not benefit from it, but neither do the scouts because the scouts rely on agility.

I don't think it's an oversight that it doesn't help us as much, though if they made it give STR instead or as well, I wouldn't complain. DM however is meant as a short term group buff, it's still awesome for it's effects and as a caster buff.
