Retail box came with NO ACTIVATION CODE

<p>So I drive 30mins to go buy Sentinel's Fate from Best Buy then drive the 30mins back home only to find out that the retail box has no activation code on the cover of the game manual.  So I called the tech support number in the manual only to get hold of a jerk that tells me I have to return the game to Best Buy and get another copy and that he cannot help me,  thats a little over an hour of just drive time!  Not to mention the time and hassle of dealing with Best Buy and trying to explain that the piece of crap expansion I just bought is useless without an activation code.   I'd just like to thank Sony for yet another great experience with dealing with them!   I mean, no activation code?   COME ON!</p>

<p>Dude, I feel for you, I do.</p><p>But, if you can't understand why they can't help you, then it's a "you" issue, not a SoE issue.</p><p>Any idiot could just call tech support and get a free expack if they just gave away activation codes.  All you need is the code, you don't even need the discs.  Not saying you did this at all, but it's why they can't help you.</p>
