<p>I would take a look in the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/forums/list.m?category_id=43" target="_blank">Server Discussion Forum</a> for your server. There you should find a stickied thread at the top with guild recruitment posts. You can also introduce yourself and explain a little about what you are looking for from a guild.</p>
