Key from preordered box will not work

<p>I have sent 2 petitions thus far and have had no response, Oasis has been down non stop everytime I try and log in or my character cannot be found to log in.  I finally got in after numerous attempts and tried activating my key and after 100s of tries it will not work.  I tried testing it to see if it would work and maybe the message was bugged and quest turnins/shinies did not give me exp or aa.</p><p>I'm beyond unhappy with SOE I've been trying for hours to get this expansion to work properly and it will not.  Why does the key in a pre ordered box not work?  Why can the game not find my character or kick me to character select after a few minutes in game and thats in between the server being down non stop.  This is simply not acceptable there is no reason that after 4 hours of trying I still cannot get into game and get the expansion that I paid for to work.  I want an answer on this immediately I'm beyond sick of waiting for an answer.</p>

<p>Please tell me why after spamming my code for about oh say 300+ times the same code i've been entering non stop finally worked?  This is ridiculous.</p><p>*But of course the game cannot find my character still ffs.</p><p>/sigh get in for 5 mins crash again and can't find my character [Removed for Content] sony seriously?</p>

<p>I eventually got it to work after about 4-5 hours of holding myself back from throwing my computer out of the window.  Soe needs to get its head out of its a@% and actually make sure things work properly before launching it, it is unacceptable on a launch day to either have my character not able to be found, the server crash, or my character get booted every five minutes not to mention the 20+ min load times between zones after I finally got in.  I love blowing 6+ hours trying to just get into the game.</p>
