New AAs and Mana Flow

<p>Mana Flow can now be raised 10 points. The tooltip for rank 1 is identical to the tooltip for rank 2. Any idea if the ranks are a bug, or is there a measurable difference between ranks of Mana Flow?</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>If ya read closely it says each rank adds a small amount of stamin and int i think they were...</p>

The relevant wording is: This ability adds 4 intelligence and stamina passively per rank. All of the first step abilities are 4 stamina and 4 of per rank, the first rank gives the old bonus ability.
