collector,s edition

<p>hope some one can help me out here....i purchased the collectors edition which comes with the evercracked dvd,well i opened the box and wanted to watch evercracked while my patcher went thru a 9 hr dowload only to find the dvd was broken in half...even tho the jewel case was in perfect condition.</p><p>is there any way to get this replaced.</p>

<p>Sadly, this isn't the kind of thing we can handle directly through our support department.  If you return the cd to the place you purchased it then they can contact their suppliers and you should be able to get a replacement.  We don't handle the physical media through here, I'm sorry to say.</p>
