<p>I see items in the Claim window that give the above error message when I try to claim them. It seems to be all the older expansion pack items such as ROK and the pot of gold from LG.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>You'll probably want to send a /petition to the GMs so that they can test this for you.  I can't think of anything technical that would cause you to be unable to claim the items on  your account.  If they are unable to do so as well then they will probably contact us at that point.</p>
