Harbinger of Malcontent changed

<p>I was looking through all my old fabled gear to see how the new combat stats affected them and discovered that the Harbinger of Malcontent was changed to be a kite shield. The protection is now 1594 and the rest unchanged. I haven't looked at it in forever. Did that happen some other time and I missed it?</p>
