<p>I am unable to enter my activation code I get the following message:</p><p>You are unable to consum this activation code due to your account status. Please contact techincal support.</p><p>My account status is active and paid up for at least nine more days. Getting the same thing on the wifes account. How do I get a hold of technical support?</p><p>Edit: I found the phone number but it doesn't open for another 1.5 hours. This is just insane.</p>

If you have the box, then the key will be on the booklet that you received with the game.
