<p>I have the same issue with the Collector's Edition. My US-based friend mailed me the code and upon entering the code I got the same message:</p><p>You have already used this Activation Code. Please enter a new code or contact Technical Support.</p><p>I wanted to get the collector's edition early outside of the US and wanted a week's head start but it seems now I am royally screwed.</p><p>If Sony's reply is to send back the box I am going to make them eat it.</p><p>Update: er the launcher might say I don't have the update but when I logged in I did have the items from the collectors edition. Sure enough I was able to zone into the new zone.</p><p>I guess the activation key thingee is broken. If you get a message stating its already registered make sure to check ingame. It seem the launcher and Sony Station Account info is not accurate.</p>
