Patcher Sticks at end in loop, fails update

<p>I've been trying to come back to EQ2, it's downloaded over 9gigs of stuff bt it gets to the end and says it failed due to something in the lp_temp/plc4dll. folder and starts to try again over and over again in  loop.</p><p>It happened too on my girlfriends pc.</p><p>Both use Win7.</p>
