New Highland Stalker Mount for the expansion collectors what speed is it, can xfer it to characters?

<p>Hello all,</p><p>the expansion is in 2 days the New collectors edition <strong>Highland Stalker</strong>  Mount says you only get 1 per account so will you be able to xfer it between characters?ala Heirloom?</p><p>Also have heard its run speed 50 but others said 65% as that even at level 1 does the run speed stay the same?</p><p>So to conclude can we xfer in shared bank the mount and what speed is it and does the speed stay the same even on level 1 character?</p>

I thought it was posted that it was 1 per character per account and the run speed is 65%</p>

<p>we trying to decide if we buy 3 copiyes of collectors or regular versions anyone know?</p>
