Trying to log in - get error message saying could not find account info

<p>I've tried more than one account, and I'm certain that they are active.  They are on recurring plans and I'm certain the card they are attached to has no billing problems.  Yet I get an error message that my account info can't be found.</p>

<p>I think the log in servers must be down. Cause I can't get access via the station launcher it is reporting Responce Time Out.</p>

I've also tried reseting password and that says technical issues blah blah blah try again later...</p><p>what is going on is anyone else having this problem?</p>

<p>its definatly sometthing to do with th elogin server, ive also tried swg (im still using the seperate launcher for it not the combined one) i can log into it but as soon as you launch and it tries to acess the games login server it fails</p>

<p>Sony needs to get their act together. All the problems lately are REDICULOUS. A new expansion is no excuse for this. I have played many MMO's and none of them have this many issues. We pay monthly for things to be working correctly. Invest some money and put the PTR on their own system . . . .</p>
