Can't create new topic / post replies in some forums?

<p>For example:</p><p><a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=470027" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=470027</a></p><p>I don't see a "Reply" button in that topic or a "New Topic" button in that forum (and in some others).</p><p>/boggle</p>

<p>Thats because the login servers are down, you can only post in support forums and possibly newb forum because it doesn't require authentication. Or something like that.</p>
