updating issue

<p>i been unable to log in to eq2 due to tis problem in logging page, it keep updating this file card.rcc_delta. halfway it will siad download cancelled , i have to keep pressing download & it cancelled, it doesnt even allow me to play the game, this has been going on for 5 days already. can someone help me in this</p>
