Patching question

<p>I haven't played this game since last summer and I decided to rejoin recently, so I'm new to the new launchpad and patching system. I downloaded the game from the main site and patching from the launcher took all of 7 minutes. I knew this couldn't be right, it had before taken hours. So now I am stuck on the loading screen with a little dragon, and underneath is x MB and counting down. Is this how patching is done now, or is there something wrong on my end?</p><p>Thanks!</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>It sounds like you're using the streaming launcher which might be having issues at the moment.  You may want to try using the station launcher instead, available here:</p><p><a href="http://launcher.station.sony.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://launcher.station.sony.com/</a></p><p>When you're prompted to choose the Everquest 2 install directory, choose the game where you already installed the streaming client in order to minimize download time.</p>
