<p>So i disabled the UAC, went into the properties of the launcher and checked the boxes, yet i am still having download problems. First it only downloads at about 200 kb/s but also has fail messages that keep poppingand kicking back to zero %. I'm not sure what to do next this updating issue is getting quite frustrating. Please let me know what info to post to be more helpful.</p>

<p>Greetings,</p><p>Where do you have the game installed?  If you have it in the program files directory then you may want to consider moving it out of that folder.  Also, if you haven't already, make sure you're following these steps:</p><p>1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"Please let us know if the issue persists after trying those steps.</p>
