I am having problems when I zone from our tier 2 guild hall to KP or from KP to the guild hall this appears to be the only zone that causes this problem. As long as a go to any other zone first there is no problems. I have ran a full file scan, but can not think of what else it could be with only having problems with the one zone. When it does crash it states can not open a crash log so no details to work with there.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Greetings,

Does it crash to desktop or character select? If it's crashing to desktop, try lowering your graphics settings and see if it still crashes. If it crashes to character select, try bypassing your router(assuming you use one) and plug directly into the modem. Let us know whether or not either of those things has an effect on the issue.

It crashes to desktop but do not think it is a graphics setting problem. I generally run 2 accounts on the same computer at low settings but this crashing happens with just one account running at low settings also and it happens every time regardless of what set up I am using. It happens whether there is 200 people in the zone doing the zerg fest or if there is 5 people in KP2. I do run a router with multiple computers that play the game and my computer is the only one that has this problem but it sounded like the router was only an issue if it crashed to charater select which is does not.

One other bit of information not sure it will help is it happens even if I am camping from a character in KP to one that is in the guild hall or the other way around also.
