<p>Okay, so where can I find the stories that usually get released before expansions?  Every link I find about the ship I get an error on EQ2 website.  Thanks for any direction. =)</p>

<p>That's not really a link to the usual lore stories, it's more a guide to a hidden quest in game that offers you the third of three books with some lore in it. </p><p>I haven't seen the usual short stories and lore that usually go along with an expansion for this one but there's lots of sneak peaks in the EQ2Players news archive that include snippets of lore mixed in with zone and dungeon descriptions. </p>

<p>There are no pre-expansion lore stories this time. We're not getting stories like the Ethernauts from TSO because this one focuses on a different mystery entirely instead of focusing on specific characters.</p><p>That said, the lore forum quests we've been given for the past few months that have rewarded us with books leading up to what is happening in Odus has been our pre-expansion stories.</p>

<p>There's one going on right now, but yeah, Forum Quests as these are called, are in-game quests that reward those who seek them out in the game. Extra tidbits for enjoying the lore of this game.</p>

These are more like in-game scavenger hunts of sorts that start on the forums. There are no Quest Journal entries or anything, and the only clues you have to complete the forum quests are the hints given out by the Devs (lore devs or Kiara usually) here on the forums. After the intial clues and hints are given everyone on the "unoffical official in-game lore channel" works together to figure everything out until we find the reward, which in the case of these last couple forum-quests the rewards were pre-expansion lore stories.</p>
