<p>Why are non-us customers still getting spammed with "pre-order NOW!!!!!" mails? If we dare to ask *where tf* we are supposed to preorder the thread get's immediately closed. It seems that the situation is not totally clear at SOE's different departments, which for me after two 150p threads means, they do not care at all.</p><p>As a feedback to the marketing department or whatever [Removed for Content] is responsible for the mail, just sending an imagemap might be a little bit too less. It is not displayed on the iphone at all, nor in thunderbird on a PC. How this can be "sales increasing information" slips my mind. At least provide some textual links to the information. Thankfully there is a unsubscribe button there.</p>

<p>I think we'll find that SOE jumped the gun a little prematurely when they announced that non US subscribers would be able to DL on the 16th. I'm guessing the contracted pre-order retailers stamped their feet and that if anything the first we will hear about the DL will be ON the 16th. Maybe they're concerned that advance warning will enable US players to organise false IP addresses and circumvent the system?</p><p>What annoys me though is that SOE seems all too able to identify non US customers in order to prevent them from entering competitions. Shame they can't employ that same leet info to this matter.</p>
