As of yesterday EQ2 was running fine for me. Today when i tried to get on the patcher was gonna do the updates and it hit a wall. It's telling me an error has occured, somthing about moving a file and that i should make sure the game was not running. I decided to uninstall and install to see if that worked and it didnt. The same thing happened. What can i do to resolve the issue.

Not sure if it is related but I kept having repeated time out errors when trying to log into the patcher today and last night it wouldn't even open past the scanning files bit. As of about an hour ago it righted itself and I can once again log into the patcher rather than bypassing it and going direct.

I was having problems today too. It would hang for ages scanning files and I had to try many times before I finally managed to load it.

Ok it was an UAC issue. I turned UAC off and it worked fine. Kind of funny how the updater worked fine up until today though. Oh well.

I'm getting an "Operation Timed Out" every time I try to login in since it patched. I'm hoping its just the login server that's down.
