SF AA SK changes

<p>Now the NDA is lifted can anyone who was in beta comment on the whether our life-taps will behave differently to how they do now?</p><p>In particular:</p><p>a) Will they still crit only when our damage crits?</p><p>b) Will Legionnaire's Mercy (AA after old 68% spell crit in INT line) be of use to us?</p>

<p>I got into beta late, and didn't bother to test many of the SK changes, but from what I can tell the crit from the int line is now 12% of your str into spellpower (For 10 AAs I think?), which at say 1000 base str is only 120 damage, kind of pathetic. I think the int line is dead.</p>
