Installation Question

<p>I'm new to EQ, so forgive me if this is in the wrong forum.   But, I recently purchased the Everquest 2: The Complete Collection and installed the game.  It updated over night and I was excited to play.  However, when I start Station Launcher, it says 7/9 addons.  I was guessing that meant that I was missing an adventure pack or expansion pack and when I clicked on it, it gave me the option to buy The Shadow Odyssey bundle pack and says 10/12 in the corner. Did my game fully install everything it said was included? (5 Expansion Packs, 3 Adventure Packs)</p>

<p>If you purchased the Complete Collection, you should have everything.  It sounds like an issue with the patcher that isn't correctly reporting everything.</p><p>If you have any trouble accessing content, please /petition Customer Service.</p><p>Btw, welcome to EQII, glad you joined us!</p>
