Hi,

We decided to try returning to EQ2 after a long time. I bought 2 copies of EQ2 complete. We have had multiple EQ and EQ2 accounts in the past. I updated my account successfully, then attempted to get my wife's account set up.

After loading the DVDs I apparently logged into an old EQ account which did not become obvious to me until I launched the game, at which point, instead of seeing her old characters, it asked me to create a new character. Oops.

So the problem is that the game key was applied to the wrong account --- AND --- EQ2 was "reactivated" on the wrong account.

Is there any help for this?

Thanks.
