The day before yesterday, my whole group was doing instances and dungeoins and we kept having problems zoning, we would be stuck at the zone in screen for up to 12 miutes and either crash or finally zone in/out. After about 10 zoneins like this, it was taking particularly long after 18 minutes, I clicked exit..... When I restarted EQ2, none of my Antonia Bayle Toons were on the log in screen. I had to log in on another toon, and /camp to the toon that is not listed any more. I thought after awhile this would self correct itself. After48 hours, NONE of my Antonia Bayle characters are on the Log In Screen, or at the character selection screen still. How do I fix this problem. I still have to log in on another server, and camp over to the Antonia Bayle toon that I want to play. So my toons are there, they are just not being listed, and getting worried about them getting accidentally deleted, since they won't show up.

I did a full file scan, I contacted customer support 2 days ago and still havent heard a thing back, still says unresolved. Any ideas how to get this resolved???

I also play on the Antonia Bale server and this crap just happened to me while trying to zone from my guildhall to Kunark. I don't know what the hell is going on, but ever since GU53 it's been all types of stupid game bugs. Why they are letting this go on I have no clue. I got stuck in loading for the 100th time and now my Main Character. The was just on. The one I always play I now Not showing on in my character selection. Nothing as if it has suddenly been deleted. I am seriously getting annoyied here.

For example, if your station name was danielh then the file would be named danielh_characters.ini. Simply delete that file. Once you have done so I would advise logging in to the game and logging out. That should update the list so that all the characters appear.
