Cloak of Pie issue

<p>My apologies if this is covered somewhere else but I can't seem to find it:</p><p>I can't seem to claim the "cloak of pie" award from the Silver Ding on Facebook. It doesn't show up on any of my characters. There hasn't been any lapse in my account. My daughter who just subbed actually got hers. I wondered if there might be a glitch in my account or something that is preventing me from receiving it also.</p><p>Thank you for any assistance.</p>
